Ipswich Borough Council tenants in north-west Ipswich can now go along to a monthly coffee morning to discuss any issues they have. Council staff will be at the Whitton Residents Association's portable buildings off Whitton Church Lane on the first Thursday of each month, from 10am to noon, to offer advice - and a cuppa. The Council hopes many tenants will take advantage of a more informal setting to talk about rent, repairs and any other issues.
