The one-stop customer services centre (CSC) in the Town Hall has celebrated its first birthday. The centre was established by Ipswich Borough Council and its partners in the one-ipswich partnership to bring many public services together.
The Town Hall is the place to go if you want to pay bills or to ask for advice. Suffolk Constabulary has staff on duty at the Town Hall to help you, and Customer Service Direct offers services from Suffolk County Council and Mid Suffolk District Council.
The opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm (later opening on Wednesday at 10am for staff training) and Saturday mornings from 9.30am to 12.30pm. Outside these hours the Police Station in Civic Drive is open from 6pm to 11pm from Mondays to Fridays and from 8am to 11pm on Saturdays and Sundays for Police enquiries.
