The hard work and determination shown by three local youngsters has been recognised and rewarded at Ipswich Borough Council's Crown Pools.
Jack Noakes, Sofia Burdett and Oliver Ward all take part in the Council's swimming development programme and were nominated by their teachers.
The programme's sponsor, local estate agent Jonathan Waters, presented them with their trophies at the pool and commented: "Having had first-hand experience of learning to swim at Crown Pools recently, I can really appreciate how hard these children have worked. The standard of teaching is so good here, and clearly the children get so much out of it. I am very proud to be supporting this programme."
