People crossing Ellenbrook Road in Ipswich will soon feel safer – thanks to improvement works being carried out by the Borough Council. Two pedestrian "refuges" are being built and the bus turning circle is being altered, along with carriageway widening and resurfacing, kerb realignment and footway reconstruction. Some trees have been removed but will be replaced.
