Ipswich sports centres are among the best in the country. That is the official verdict after the latest round of "Quest" scores. Quest is the UK’s quality scheme for sport and leisure. Whitton Sports Centre, with a score of 79%, became the first centre in Suffolk to receive this prestigious status, which is awarded to centres scoring 75% or more. Now, Gainsborough has joined the club, with a tally of 77% along with Maidenhall and Northgate just a point behind.
