Staff at the one-ipswich Customers Service Centre (CSC) at the Town Hall will be undertaking essential staff training on Wednesday 27th February. As a result, the CSC will not open fully until 12.30pm.
There will be a limited reception service available from 10:00-12:30, but this will not include in-depth Housing Benefit and Council Tax advice.
