Government Minister Baroness Andrews will tour Ipswich Waterfront tomorrow (Wednesday 6 August) to look at the town's changing skyline and multi-million pound regeneration project.
The tour is part of the Minister's East of England trip and will include a visit to Ipswich's Christchurch Mansion, where she will see the largest collection of Constables and Gainsboroughs outside London.
On the Waterfront, the Baroness Andrews will have lunch with Ipswich Borough Council Leader Liz Harsant, Planning and Economic Development portfolio-holder Richard Atkins, Director Russell Williams and Ipswich MP Chris Mole. She will then be shown around DanceEast's new national DanceHouse project, currently under development at Cranfields Mill.
Baroness Andrews is a Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department for Communities and Local Government.
