New Benefit Claims:
To help us provide you with an efficient service can you please ensure you bring all appropriate documentation with you when applying for housing or council tax benefit, as we will check your claim and verify the documentation on site.
Ipswich Police and Suffolk County Council also have staff on duty at the one-ipswich Customer Service Centre to help you and the NHS stop smoking campaign are on site every Thursday afternoon to meet with customers.
Payments and Tickets Area
You can pay all your Council bills (e.g. Council Tax, Business Rates, Rents, Parking Penalty Charges etc) at the Payments and Tickets Area. We accept cash, cheque and cards (please note that there is a 1.5% admin charge for using a credit card, no charge for debit cards) - you will be given a receipt for your payment. Please bring your account details with you to help us to allocate your payment.
