Housing Revenue Account Business Plan 2005/6 - 2034/5
The purpose of this plan is to demonstrate that the Council through its Housing Revenue Account (HRA) and Capital Programme can deliver the levels of service, home improvements and maintenance required by the Council and its tenants. This involves meeting the needs of present and future tenants, proving that Government and local targets can be achieved and ensuring the long-term viability of the stock.
The plan sets out the Council’s corporate ‘vision’ as stated in the document ‘Taking Ipswich Forward’ (TIF) and shows how Housing Services assist in achieving the ‘vision’.
