IEG3 Statement
This IEG3 return is an essential part of the national monitoring process for assessing electronic local service delivery capability against the 2005 target and supports the aims of the National Strategy for local e-government. It is also an important feedback mechanism for assessing progress and the use of IEG funding in individual local authorities.
