The Local Development Framework is displayed in WebMap. You can find it as a new 'Theme' among the Map Overlays. You can also have a look on the original Sites Allocation document and add your comments too. Just click on the border of the relevant site. Try it now.
A new layer is now available in the Planning theme: Enforcement. Have a look.
