Ipswich in Bloom aims to make our town a more attractive place to live in. By encouraging imaginative use of plants, shrubs and flowers, the conservation of pleasant features and the improvement of built-up areas we aim to improve Ipswich for residents and visitors. Ipswich in Bloom organises annual floral competitions and is responsible for Ipswich's entry in the 'Anglia in Bloom' competition. It is run by a committee of volunteers with support from Ipswich Borough Council, the local business community and local voluntary groups.
