Environmental Services follows a generic Enforcement Policy when considering enforcement action. This policy sets out what businesses and customers in the community we serve can expect from enforcement officers. It commits us to good enforcement in accordance with the Cabinet Office Enforcement Concordat which Ipswich Borough Council has also signed up to.
