You can use the reports below to get an idea on how long you may have to wait for rehousing. Look at the size and area you want to be rehoused in and then you can see what successful group the property was offered to. For example if a 1 bedroom flat was let to the "Reasonable Preference Transfer" group with an effective date of August 1992 and your effective date in the same group is January 2000, then you will understand you may have sometime to wait for that particular area and property type and may wish to change your choices for rehousing.
