Preparation of the Council's Housing Strategy and Business Plan, securing new affordable housing for rent and shared ownership, policy development, housing research, information and support including performance statistics; assisting with preparation and management of the housing capital and revenue programmes and; development of partnership working, liaison with housing associations and other housing providers.
