Special Permits for people with severe disabilities
Ipswich Borough Council issues a limited number of Special Permits which allow access by car to the paved streets for up to three hours between 11.00am and 8.30pm on Thursdays. These are issued to people who have severe disabilities and unable to use the other provisions described on this website.
If you feel that your circumstances warrant the issue of a Special Permit, please write for the application form and list of criteria which must be met:
