Occupational Health and Safety
Employers are required by law to display an approved health and safety law poster or to provide employees with the equivalent leaflet. The poster was revised in 1999, replacing the old black and white version with a colour version.
The poster provides information on basics of health and safety management, including details of employee consultation arrangements and persons appointed to assist with health and safety responsibilities.
