Christchurch Park is the venue for many events and activities all year round.
As well as some of Ipswich's larger events, such as Ip-Art Festival, the fireworks display, Ipswich Community Carnival and the Remembrance Day Ceremony, we also have a series of smaller events for visitors of all ages.
These are usually held during the school holidays and can include nature walks with Ipswich Borough Council's Park Rangers, art and craft activities, sports and games, history walks, storytelling, quiz sheets and trails.
Over summer there are a number of 2 hour events being held specifically for children aged between 4 and 10 years old. Further information is featured in the special 'Child in the Wild' leaflet, available to download in PDF format here:
