We do not have a public counter, however a number of our services are available at the One-Ipswich Customer Service Centre, situated within the Town Hall on the Cornhill in Ipswich town centre. The entrance is from Princes Street, opposite The Walk and the main entrance of Barclays Bank. Please contact us first and we will advise you if the service you require is available at the Customer Service Centre.
