StreetCare Customer Services provides the means for members of the public to report issues affecting the streets and open spaces in Ipswich.
These issues can relate to cleansing related matters, domestic refuse queries, faulty street lighting and abandoned vehicles.
We also deal with public enquiries in respect of grounds maintenance operations on Parks, Highways locations and all public open spaces.
Our staff will take reports of problems and ensure they are routed to the department that deals with them. They will also provide feed-back to the customer as necessary.
