Bus Stations, Bus Stops and Bus Shelters

Ipswich has two main bus stations – Tower Ramparts and the Old Cattle Market. Tower Ramparts is owned and maintained by Ipswich Borough Council. The Old Cattle Market Bus Station is jointly owned by First Eastern Counties Buses Ltd and Suffolk County Council. Most bus stop matters within the Borough of Ipswich are the responsibility of Ipswich Borough Council. Most bus shelters in Ipswich are owned and maintained either by Ipswich Borough Council or Adshel (a private company).

All bus shelter enquiries (including reports of damage, vandalism, graffiti etc) should, in the first instance, be directed to the address or telephone number below.
