Cancellation Policy
Casual bookings may be cancelled without charge, provided that they are cancelled before 24 hours of the booking start time.
If cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, no charge will be made if the court or class place is relet. If not re-let, the charge will either be the price of the class, full price of the court if no-one attends or pro-rata price of the court if not all the players attend (concessionary prices will be charged if appropriate), and it may not be possible to book further courts or class places until the cancellation charge is paid.
This applies to all card holders, including registration, junior, corporate, monthly payers, Direct Debit or concessionary.
Any club bookings or hire of pitches, halls etc. are required to give 7 days notice in writing.
