Bookings can be taken at the centres from Thursday 26th June.
You can book over the phone or in person at any centre (see below for phone numbers). Payment is due at the time of booking.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Parental consent
For under 18’s a parent/guardian making the booking agrees to the following:
• giving permission to attend an event and take part in an activity
• agreeing to staff taking any medical action deemed necessary in the unlikely event of an accident. This would include signing on behalf of the parent/guardian, any written form of consent required by the local hospital authorities should any operation or serum injection be deemed necessary, providing that delay to obtain a signature might be considered, in the opinion of the doctor or surgeon concerned, likely to affect your child’s health or safety. Any changes to medical history must be updated.
Late collection of children
Please note that it is not the responsibility of Sports Services to continue to supervise children once activities have finished. Therefore it is important that if there is any likelihood of late collection, parents contact the Centre in question to notify them.
Parents are also advised to supply an alternative contact name and number for staff use when they are not available on their usual number.
Medical conditions
Parents/guardians are required to provide full details of any medical condition (asthmas, allergies, etc) which may be triggered by their participation in any of the activities that they are booked on to.
Cancellation Policy
All bookable activities will run subject to numbers and the sports services reserves the right to cancel and will refund the customer in full. A minimum of 48 hours notice will be given by the centre. If you have to cancel a booked/ reserved activity please give us 48 hours notice to avoid being charged for the activity.
Under normal circumstances refunds will only be given if:
• the booking is re-let
• the event date/time etc. has been changed by the organiser
• If you cannot make a booked/ reserved activity, please let us know so that we can attempt to re-let it.
Photography
Ipswich Sports Services sometimes take pictures of activities so that they can be used for promotional purpose. If you do not wish your child to be featured in this way please speak to the coach at the beginning of the activity.
No cameras and/or audio-visual equipment are permitted without prior permission from the Duty Officer.
