Set in a relaxed, inviting and friendly atmosphere, Profiles Fitness Suites feature state of the art inclusive cardiovascular and resistance equipment. Profiles has three suites situated across the town and as a member you may use any facility.
If you have not used a gym before there is no need to worry, at Profiles the emphasis is on you and your specific health and fitness needs. You will receive an individual health consultation by one of our fully qualified Fitness Instructors. You will be shown the
safest and most effective way to use each piece of
equipment. We will talk through your own health goals
and prescribe you a personalised exercise programme.
At Profiles we go that extra mile and as a member you can have a re-assessment or programme change free of charge whenever you like simply by booking a time with your Fitness Instructor (we recommend a programme change every 6 weeks).

Profiles at Gainsborough Sports Centre was one of the first 30 fitness suites nationally to be awarded a grant to become inclusive.
It’s part of the Inclusive Fitness Initiative which aims to ensure that people with disabilities have access to suitable fitness equipment.
It features:
• Easy to use inclusive equipment
• Inclusive training for staff who are trained to meet the needs of disabled and non-disabled people
• Inclusive, fully accessible facilities
• Inclusive participation enabling disabled and non disabled people to enjoy fitness together
As a result of the success at Gainsborough, Profiles at both Whitton Sports Centre and Crown Pools now boast IFI accredited equipment.
