The pools are generally available for public swimming at the following times
(these timetables may vary during school holidays or due to special events,
please refer to the

The pools are also available for private hire on Sat & Sun evenings

Crown Pools - Competition Pool
(25m, 8 lane fitness pool)
Monday ~ 7:30 - 9:25, 12:00 - 2:00, 15:30 - 16:15, 18:30 - 21:10
Tuesday ~ 7:30 - 9:25, 12:00 - 16:15 (50+ 14:00 -16:00 ½ pool)
Wednesday ~ 7:30 - 9:25, 11:30 - 21:10 (Adults only from 20:00)
Thursday ~ 7:30 - 16:30 & 18:30 - 21:10 (Ladies only from 20:00)
Friday ~ 7:30 - 16:15 & 18:00 - 20:00
Saturday ~ 7:45 - 9:00 & 13:00 - 16:55
Sunday ~ 7:45 - 16:55 (Aqua run in ½ pool 14:30 - 15:30)
(may be subject to variation due to occasional gala/event bookings)

Toddler fun sessions 13:30 - 15:30 Mondays & Thursdays (normal admission fee applies - no need to book, just turn up!)

Fore Street Pool is open for public swimming each weekday 12:00 - 14:00
