Interest free loans for carbon reduction

The Suffolk Carbon Reduction Loan Scheme is offering loans of up to £5,000 at 0% APR to help homes, businesses and schools cut their energy use.

Bid to become UK City of Culture 2013

City of Culture bid coverIpswich Borough Council has worked with partners in the Haven Gateway to prepare a submission for the Ipswich and Haven Gateway area.

In all, 14 areas submitted a bid on Friday 11th December.

The Ipswich and the Haven Gateway proposal reflects the fact that the landscape of this sub-region has inspired, and continues to inspire, artists and creative people to live, work and visit the area.
