The Customer Services Centre is in the Town Hall on the Cornhill in Ipswich town centre. The entrance is from the Princes Street side of the Town Hall (opposite The Walk and the main entrance to Barclays Bank).
Important: Please remember that once you have applied online for Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction, or in order to bid for Social Housing, you must bring the documentation that has been requested by us so that we can process your application.Customer Services Centre
