CSC opening times and location

The Customer Service Centre is in the Town Hall on the Cornhill in Ipswich town centre. The entrance is from the Princes Street side of the Town Hall, opposite The Walk and main entrance to Barclays Bank.

The One-Ipswich Customer Service Centre is open six days a week. It is split into two sections, the Customer Service Centre and the Payments and Tickets area.

Opening times

Please note that the Centre will not be open on Saturday 28th August or Monday 30th August. It will reopen on Tuesday 31st August as usual.

The opening hours for the Customer Service Centre are:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 08.30 to 17.30;
• Wednesday - 10.00 (late opening for staff training) to 17.30;
• Saturday mornings - 09.30 to 12.30.  

The opening hours for the Payments and Tickets area are: 

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 08.00 to 17.30;
• Wednesday - 10.00 (late opening for staff training) to 17.30;
• Saturday mornings - 09.30 to 12.30.
