Changing your details

It is important that you let us know about any changes in your circumstances straight away. We can then update your Council Tax records.

For example, you need to tell us:

• If you move house;
• If someone comes to stay with you for a period of time;
• If someone moves out;
• If you change your name;
• If your children leave school;
• If someone in your household dies.

Use our online forms to:

• Notify us of your change of address;
• Apply for a Single Resident Discount; 
• End your Single Resident Discount.

The easiest and most convenient ways to pay are:

• Online;
• By Direct Debit.

Change of address

It is particularly important to let us know when you move to a new home. This is to make sure that do not pay too much Council Tax at your old address, and that you pay the right amount for your new home.
