Exercise based on boxing techniques is another fresh and unique way to train. Adapted from training principles that have existed for over two hundred years, boxercise is a fun, energetic and addictive form of exercise. This type of workout uses the entire body and it can burn more calories in an hour than using a stairclimber.
And don't forget we still offer Zumba at each of our centres:
- Whitton Sports Centre, 8pm, Tuesdays;
- Maidenhall Sports Centre, 8pm, Wednesdays;
- Gainsborough Sports Centre, 8pm, Thursdays;
- Northgate Sports Centre, 8pm, Fridays.
