Important information

Squash courts at Maidenhall

Please note that the squash courts at Maidenhall will be closed from Thursday 4th April until Sunday 7th April. This is due to work being carried out to build two new dance studios at the centre. This does not affect the school holiday programme or any other scheduled activities. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please call 01473 433622 if you have any queries.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is the same for all bookings made, irrespective of whether the booking was made online, by phone or in person.

Cancellations cannot be made via email; they have to be made by phone or in person at the facilities.

There is no charge for cancelling a booking more than 24 hours in advance. However, a charge will be made for anyone who cancels their booking with less than 24 hours notice from the start time of the booking made.

This charge will be made to both casual and monthly paying customers. Concessionary charges will apply if you are eligible.

Although we will demonstrate discretion if you have a genuine reason for cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, we cannot guarantee that the charge will be waived. If you persistently fail to honour bookings then we may also cancel your iCard.
