About Sport Development
Working with local and national partners, Ipswich Borough Council's Sport Development offers support to community clubs and organisations to introduce, improve and extend Ipswich sporting opportunities.
Community Clubs and events such as the Ipswich Half Marathon and the Ipswich parkruns are at the heart of local sport.
Our Sports Club Guide offers a comprehensive directory for all clubs in the Ipswich and surrounding area. See the links at the bottom of this page for all clubs details.
The Development unit also offers support to talented and elite athletes.
