Maps displaying streets included in Residents Parking Zones and Residents Parking Bays in Ipswich are available through our GIS Mapping service:
To display residents parking zones on the GIS system:
- Click 'Map Overlay', Select 'Transport';
- Select Parking Zone by checking the box.
- Click 'Update Map'.
- Enter a road name in the 'Enter a Location' box (top right).
- A second address box may appear for a specific house number.
To display residents parking bays on the GIS system:
- Click 'Map Overlay', Select 'Traffic Restrictions - Parking Restrictions';
- Select Residents Parking by checking the box.
- Click 'Update Map'.
- Enter a road name in the 'Enter a Location' box (top right).
- A second address box may appear for a specific house number.
You can zoom in and out using the magnifying glass at the top until the map is at the resolution you require.
Your computer may need a Java update to run this software which can be downloaded free of charge.
