The plan, which sets out the Council's aims and actions for the future, covers a wide range of topics and services.

The Leader of the Council, Councillor Liz Harsant, says that the public sector is facing severe financial pressures but remains committed to providing quality and good value services. "The plan sets out what we want to achieve and it is important that we hear the opinions of residents and stakeholders. I hope many people will read the draft plan and complete and return the questionnaire by 31st January."
