Licensing and Enforcement
Ipswich Borough Council's Licensing and Enforcement team is responsible for all the administrative tasks and enforcement action associated with the issuing of various licences on behalf of the Council.
We deal with a wide variety of licences, excluding:
- Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle licences -
These are dealt with by the Taxi and Private Hire team; - Scaffolding, Hoarding, Banners, Tower Crane or Demolition Licences -
These are dealt with by Building Control.
