Construction has started at Eastern Gateway on the outskirts of Ipswich to create five new business units on eight-acres of the site near to the A14 Sproughton junction.
Ipswich Borough Council is seeking a new tenant for the café/tearoom and kiosk in Christchurch Park following the expiration of the current lease. The lease is available for the café in part of the Grade I listed Christchurch Mansion and separate kiosk with parking.
