Important information for council commercial tenants
Fire regulations and Automatic Fire Alarms
Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service has updated its policy regarding Automatic Fire Alarms. As of now, a fire appliance will no longer automatically attend when an Automatic Fire Alarm is received during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Tenant responsibilities
Tenants of Council-owned commercial property need to familiarise themselves with the advice contained in the download from Suffolk Fire and Rescue and take all necessary steps to ensure they are complied with.
