Area Committees are no longer in operation.
Ipswich Borough Council adopted its new Community Engagement Strategy in September 2024. Focusing on the Council’s shift away from Area Committees, the Council wants to engage with the public in new ways, with residents at the heart of everything we do, making it easier for everyone to share their views, contribute ideas and actively participate in local decision-making processes.
