World number one and World Champion Michael van Gerwen will meet one of his closest rivals at a special night of darts action at the Ipswich Corn Exchange on Friday 8th December.
Van Gerwen will compete with world number three and fellow major title winner Peter ‘Snakebite’ Wright, Suffolk’s biggest darts star, for a mouth-watering clash.
The all-conquering duo will be joined at Ipswich: A Night at the Darts by ‘The Dutch Destroyer’ Vincent van der Voort and fellow top professional Steve West.
Norwich’s James Hubbard and rising Ipswich star Ryan Meikle complete the line-up.
“This will be a great night,” said van Gerwen, winner of every PDC major title. The crowd will have lots of fun and see some top quality sport but I hope some of them will be cheering for me. It is at an important time of year for us darts players with the World Championship just around the corner, so I’m sure everyone will be on top form.”
