We welcome applications from the public and organisations who wish to hire the Town Hall Forecourt or Giles Circus to promote their business or hold an event.
We can provide guidance on holding your event and recommend that you discuss your activity with us before you make your application. The space is extensively used by the public and therefore all organised activity must be appropriate and respectful to the public and the environment.
If you decide to go ahead with a booking we will send you an application pack. We will also require:
