Ipswich Borough Council wanted find out more about the experience of customers on Ipswich Buses – what you thought of the service and how it could be improved.

To help us achieve this, we commissioned independent transport consultants, The TAS Partnership to undertake a survey of bus users. All responses were kept entirely confidential and anonymous.
