Community care service agreed as new tenants at 4 College Street

Published28th March 2023

Community care service provider Vital Healthcare Services will operate their business from 4 College Street, having signed a tenancy agreement with Ipswich Borough Council.

The historic Tudor building, saved by the Council and transformed into office space for rent, will host a team of ten staff offering care and support for people with learning disabilities and mental health needs in the Ipswich area.

The company, established in 2008 and based in Ipswich, has signed a ten-year lease, and plans to be ready to operate from the premises next month. 4 College Street will be their administrative head office base, host meetings and carry out training courses.

Mr Munya Mutepf Founder of Vital Healthcare Services and Managing Director, says:

We specialise in providing care and support for people with complex needs, with a focus on community support for adults but also dedicated care training for businesses.

“The character of the building really appealed to us, and the traditional burnt orange is a company colour so feels like it was meant to be our home. We promise to care for it as we care for our clients.”

Fenn Wright Estate and Letting Agents supported Ipswich Borough Council to achieve this letting.
