Voluntary groups and charities in Ipswich can apply for Community Cash Grants of up to £20,000.
The application window for grants to be awarded in 2019/2020 will open on Tuesday 28th August 2018.
There are two types of grant awarded by Ipswich Borough Council. Community Investment Grants provide core funding for running costs or pump priming funding for an organisation to build its capacity.
Community Project Grants are suitable for trying something new or for one-off activities that deliver one or more of the Council’s grants priorities, such as improving health and wellbeing and working with people and groups experiencing disadvantage.
The Council is committed to working with the voluntary sector to improve residents’ quality of life.
