Planning permission has been given for the transformation of Ipswich’s Cornhill.
Work will start next year on the redevelopment scheme, which will see the construction of a water feature and contemporary sculpture on the town’s main square, along with new paving.
The revised plans were approved by the Borough Council’s Planning & Development Committee today.
The scheme is set to be completed by Christmas 2018.
