What happens if I press my alarm in the middle of the night?

There are no time restrictions, calls are answered 24 hours a day by our dedicated control team, 365 days a year.

Does the mobile button work anywhere?

The mobile button (pendant / wrist strap) will activate the alarm unit anywhere in your home or garden (up to a distance of 100 yards), giving you freedom and reassurance.

Is the alarm easy to install?

Yes, all you need is a modern telephone and electric socket positioned within six feet of each other. The alarm only takes a few minutes to install.

Is the alarm noisy?

No, the alarm will only make a noise when it is activated.
