A new online tool gives Ipswich Borough Council tenants more control over their rent accounts.
The Housing Online portal means tenants can view their accounts when they want to – 24 hours a day.
Checking balances, updating contact details and searching transactions is now much easier – all part of the Council’s goal to offer a more effective and easier interactive service.
