Henley Gate Neighbourhood - Land North of Railway Line and East of Henley Road

• The Reserved Matters Application relating to the scale, appearance, landscaping and layout for Phase 3a is to be considered by Planning and Development Committee on the 24th April 2024 with a recommendation to approve. This application is Item 3 on the Agenda.  This application comprises 100 dwellings, a local centre, parking, landscaping, earthworks and other associated works. Fonnereau Neighbourhood - Land South of Railway Line, Westerfield Road

•  Revised and additional documents and plans have been received in relation to the Reserved Matters Application relating to the scale, appearance, access, landscaping and layout in relation to the erection of 198 dwellings in Phase 1 pursuant to outline planning permission IP/14/00638/OUTFL. Neighbourhood - Land to East of Westerfield Road and South of the Railway Line, Westerfield Road

•  Revised details have been received for the hybrid application seeking full planning permission for two vehicular accesses and pedestrian and cycle accesses off Westerfield Road, and outline permission (all matters reserved) for a mixed used development comprising up to 1020 dwellings; local centre; primary and secondary school; potential temporary school vehicular access from Westerfield Road; cycle and pedestrian access from Tuddenham Road; formal and informal open space; play areas; infrastructure; landscaping; and engineering works. The application is currently subject to a further public consultation.
