The Council has made an Order under Section 5 of the Ipswich Market Act 2004 to prohibit traffic on part of Lloyds Avenue in Ipswich when the market is taking place.
Exemptions apply as stated in the Order and include exemptions from loading, unloading and access restrictions in certain cases.
