Ipswich Music Day line-up

Published1st June 2017

Mixture of old favourites and exciting new talent will ensure that Ipswich Music Day has something for everyone this year.

Around 40,000 people will flock to Christchurch Park on 2nd July for the region’s biggest free one-day music festival and the line-up of bands and singers has been released today.

There are six stages in the park – as well as performance areas in Christchurch Mansion, The Masonic Hall and the Bethesda Baptist Church for folk and classical fans.

On the main six stages, more than 50 bands will be strutting their stuff, from Tony Shelvin, Colourblind Hedgehogs and Soul Kitchen to Elephant in the Room, Kid Mojo and Exit 13.

Organiser Ipswich Borough Council is grateful for the support of the stage sponsors: Grapevine, Gallagher, Suffolk New College (the Ed Sheeran Stage), BBC Radio Suffolk, Town 102 and Audi Sport.
