The Planning & Development Committee at Ipswich Borough Council met this morning, Wednesday 11 January 2023, to discuss three applications and a quarterly enforcement report. 

11 councillors were in attendance with one apology for absence.

Two applications were approved with one application refused against the officer recommendation for approval.

• Application IP/22/00913/FUL: Ipswich Hospital East Suffolk and North East Essex NHS Foundation Trust, Heath Road was approved.

• Application IP/22/00767/FUL: Websters Trade Yard, Dock Street was approved.

• Application IP/22/00647/FUL: Slade Street Car Park, Star Lane was refused.
